Refund Policy


1.What is return policy?

Muchgift guarantees to return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can apply for return within 7 days after receiving the order. Please make sure the returned item is saleable.

2. How soon will I receive the refund after returning

Muchgift usually processes refund within 7-14working days  days after received your parcel, and will transfer the money to your bank account.

3. Have Muchgift received my returned parcel?

You can track logistic information and check it has return to Muchgift overseas warehouse.

4.What should I do if my item/(parcel) is broken, not as described or wrong?

If there are any broken, not as described or wrong item (s)/parcel, please follow below steps to cooperate with the resolving process;
1). Contact our After-Service email.service@minibugle.com first;
2). Take some clear photos of the exact problem and Completed the After-sale form;
3). We will audit your application and give you a satisfying solution

5. What should I do if my item is missing?

Kindly check if the missing items were stock out. The amount of stockout item will be deducted before shipment.
Excluding above situations, please apply for return online as followings.
1). Contact our After-Service email.service@minibugle.com first;
2). Fill in needed information and the pictures are required.
① all items received in one picture; 
② the courier receipt on the parcel;

6. Why is the refund not the same as item price?

If there is a coupon or other discount in your order, correspondingly, the enjoyed discounts would be deducted from the actual refund. 
(For example, if the item is $10 with $1 discount, we will refund you $9 cause you actually paid $9 )

7. Who is responsible for return shipping fee?

You need to pay return shipping fee but shipping compensation will be done as per the following.
① quality related issues.
Otherwise the return cost will be on your side.
